Asa Hutchinson, from New York City, and Allen St. Pierre talked about the claims made by both supporters and opponents of Proposition 19 in California and what it would mean for marijuana possession laws in the U.S. if the measure passes. Proposition 19, if approved, would allow adults over the age of 21 to possess up to an ounce of cannabis. They also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.  close
