First lady Michelle Obama and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan read Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss to a group of children. Then NEA President Dennis Van Roekel led them all in a reading oath. Librarian of Congress James Billington hosted. The Cat in the Hat and Things 1 and 2 attended.
