The U.N. Security Council met to discuss the enforcement of a no-fly zone in Libya. A recently passed resolution approved military action against Libya, while calling for a cease fire on the ground. A U.N. envoy to Libya said that there was no evidence that the cease fire was established. The U.N. also warned Moammar Qadhafi that the Security Council was prepared to take additional action. close
