Republican Governors Chris Christie (NJ), Nikki Haley (SC), Bobby Jindal (LA), Bob McDonnell (VA), and Scott Walker (WI) talked about education reform, health care, and job creation with Walter Isaacson. The governors were in agreement on the necessity of education reform to improve education quality and efficiency as well as being opposed to the Affordable Care Act. They all agreed on the need to create more jobs; however, they differed in their approach to creating more. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of trying to attract single-issue swing voters and the difficulty that creates in elections. close
