Air Education and Training Command Commander General Edward Rice, Jr., and Air Force Chief of Safety Major General Margaret Woodward briefed the media on a report released that day of the findings and recommendations of an internal investigation of sexual misconduct by military trainers at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland where the Air Force conducts basic training. The Air Force was instituting 45 policy changes, including increasing female military trainers by 25 percent. close
