The top military officials for U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command testified on the programs under their authority in review of the 2015 Defense Authorization. In remarks, Cyber Command head General Keith Alexander said that the number of cyber attacks was growing, and he urged Congress to pass cyber legislation. Other topics addressed at the hearing included National Security Agency surveillance programs and the U.S. strategic nuclear arsenal. close
