NASA Administrator Charles Bolden testified on his agency’s fiscal year 2015 budget proposal. The request is $17.5 billion with the goal sending humans to an asteroid by 2025, the first-ever mission to redirect an asteroid, and extending the International Space Station. Mr. Bolden said that despite tensions with Russia, he was confident his agency’s partnership with the country to take U.S. astronauts to and from the International Space Station would continue. close
