Representatives Steve King (R-IA) and Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) testified at a hearing on H.R. 917, their bill that would allow judges to permit photography and videography in federal courts and provide witness identity protections. Then Judge Robinson testified about concerns over the over privacy for all of the participants including people not actually part of the process but mentioned during testimony. She also discussed security concerns for judges. Mr. Osterreicher talked about the benefits of informing the public. close
