The Freedom Forum sponsored an event on “Women, Men and Media” to focus on the role of women and minorities in producing media reports and portrayals of women and minorities by the media. Panel members discussed recent women and civil rights issues in the news, including Second Lady Marilyn Quayle’s comments at the Republican National Convention and the Los Angeles riots. Panel members responded to questions from members of the audience following their prepared remarks. close
