Democratic presidential nominee Gov. Bill Clinton spoke to supporters at a rally in Paducah, KY on the evening before the election. Speaking at an outdoor rally surrounded by supporters including his wife Hillary and Democratic National Committee chairman Ron Brown, Gov. Clinton repeatedly asked the crowd if it wanted changes in national policies, and received a positive response from the enthusiastic crowd. Following the speech, Gov.
