Election Night 1992, Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton was at the Old State House in Little Rock where supporters and the media awaited election results. H. Ross Perot was in his home town of Dallas, Texas where he ended his one month bid for the Presidency. Supporters and the media waited out the night in his Headquarters as the votes were counted. President George H.W. Bush was in Houston, Texas with supporters. Countless members of the media from around the world were on hand to cover the victory, or concession speech to be given that evening. close
