Senator Bob Packwood of Oregon offered his thoughts on the results of the budget summit. Senator Packwood was largely unimpressed with had been accomplished by the summit. The senator did not believe that there was enough cut from the budget, especially from entitlement programs which made up nearly half of the budget. After his initial interview Senator Packwood answered caller questions. close
