Michael Mussa spoke in a news conference on updated predictions for the future of the world’s economy, which he said were lowered slightly since the release of the regular World Economic Outlook report in the fall of 1992. He said most of the reductions in the predictions were due to lowered expectations of the economies of Japan and Europe. close
