Acting Treasury Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence Adam Szubin began the daily White House press briefing. He talked about the United Nations Security Council meeting that would be chaired the next day by Treasury Secretary Lew. He announced a U.N. resolution that would be co-sponsored by Russia aimed to weaken ISIS by targeting its finances.
