The Center for the Study of Harassment of African Americans organized a meeting about civil rights issues facing the African American community. Members of the board of directors of the Center for the Study of the Harassment of African-Americans spoke during the center’s first organizational meeting. The directors discussed the mission of the center, namely, to study and educate Americans about racially motivated violations of U.S. laws. They also discussed current civil rights issues. close
