California Assembly Rules Subcommittee on Harassment held a hearing to review how allegations against lawmakers and staff are handled, and to propose reforms. And a Senate Judiciary Committee took up a bill to expand possible relationships which may be financially liable for sexual harassment to include elected official, lobbyist, investor, director and producer. One of the witnesses was actress Chantal Cousineau, who tells her story of harassment by director James Toback. Plus an interview with LA Times reporter Melanie Mason.
