President Trump talked to reporters as he departed for a tour of the Carolinas affected by Hurricane Florence. Most of the questions were on the future of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to replace retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. President Trump said he was frustrated by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and her handling of a letter from a California woman accusing Judge Kavanaugh of sexual assault when the two were high school students. He also made brief comments on North Korea and what he said was a continued disappointment in Attorney General Jeff Sessions. close
