Georgetown University Law Center previewed the 2020-21 Supreme Court term. One of the biggest cases set to be heard by the justices was one challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The panelists also talked about the potential for lawsuits concerning the 2020 elections that may reach the Supreme Court for consideration. They also reflected on the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg the previous week, and her legacy on the Court and in the legal profession. close
