Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. He discussed new prospects for peace in the Middle East, saying that Israeli-Saudi relations could encourage more peace between Israel and the Arab world, including Palestine. He then hailed plans for the construction of a corridor that passes through Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, saying, “Israel can become a bridge of peace and prosperity between these continents.” Also, Prime Minister Netanyahu called for more sanctions on Iran and discussed the promises and perils of “the AI revolution.” close
