Senator Samuel Nunn (D-GA) briefed reporters concerning the nomination of the Admiral Bobby Ray Inman to replace Secretary Les Aspin as Secretary of the Defense. Sen. Nunn stated that he had spoken on “possible changes” in the foreign affairs segment of the administration over the past “three to four weeks.” Following his opening statement, the senator took questions concerning the nomination and overall administration foreign policy. close
