The Senate continued work on House-passed legislation to reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) for two years. Section 702 allows the U.S. to monitor foreign citizens outside the U.S. without a warrant. Members also rejected a repeal of an Environmental Protection Agency rule for cars and small trucks. close
