Senator William Cohen R-Maine released the results of a year long investigation on federal computer buying. He is a member of the governmental affairs committee, whose staff conducted the investigation. The federal government currently spends 25 billion dollars on computer systems. Senator Cohen also indicated that he will introduce legislation in the next congress to update computer buying laws. close
