Twenty-three House Democrats announced a new group called "The Coalition", which consists of 23 members. They describe themselves as moderate to conservative, and are encouraging both Democrats and Republicans to join. The participants also talked about some of the issues they will be addressing in the months ahead, including tax reform, budget reform, welfare reform and crime control.
