An arrival ceremony was held for the remains of three members of a U.S. diplomatic delegation who died in an August 19 accident in Bosnia. Administration officials paid tribute to the deceased and to their efforts to bring peace to the former Yugoslavia. Those who died were special envoy Robert Frasure, Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary Joseph Kruzel, and Air Force Colonel Samuel N. Drew. close
