Eddy Hartenstein, President of Direct-TV, spoke about the prospects for Direct TV, which offers consumers, DBS, or direct broadcast satellite service. Consumers can have the benefits of satellite television with a small tabletop dish and some auxiliary equipment for much less cost than full-size dishes.
