Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman and others talked about the future of U.S. farming and the 1995 Farm Bill. The Congressional budget resolution recommended that $13.4 billion be cut from federal farm programs over seven years. Panelists took questions from the audience of farmers on the new bill and their needs. Farm Aid convened the panel during the tenth annual Farm Aid concert, held each year to raise money to aid small farmers. close
