Chinese Ambassador Li Daoyu spoke about a broad range of aspects in U.S.-China relations, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, human rights and trade. He stressed that China and the U.S. have many common interests and engagement by both nations is crucial because they have so much power to influence global peace and prosperity if they cooperate.
