U.S. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and Congressman Charles Rangel (D-New York) were joined by other Democrats on the House Ways and Means Committee, to react to Congressman Bill Archer’s (R-Texas) proposal for IRS restructuring legislation. They explained the changes they supported in the current version of the bill.
