User Clip: GOP 2012 Immigration Platform

This clip includes adoption of amendments to committee-developed Immigration Plank. Clip was recorded 8/23/12 between 1:55-2:45 PM Eastern. Adopted amendments included calls for the Federal Government to require full employer implimentation of E-Verify to assure that illegal aliens and rogue employers stop disiplacing U.S. citizens and legal immigrants from employment. Adopted amendments also call on state and local government use of S.A.V.E. to similarly screen recipients of public benefits to confirm that scarce benefits are not allocated to illlegal aliens and thus away from U.S. citizens and legal immigrants.
