User Clip: Reduce vulnerability

Sewer communities need to be combined, and infrastructures need to be replaced with the future in mind. Contamination of chemicals in water has been a tragedy recently and the drinking water needs to be kept safe. Small communities can test for these chemicals by having the USDA and federal government come in and spread awareness. The water treatment centers need to be tested as well as the pluming. Filters and running of water before consuming it can be made so that people don't consume as much or any lead or other contaminants. Water testing would be great for schools too and to send that data to officials to reduce contaminant issues. Perception patterns change and need to be updated and applied to the infrastructure, data from the 1900 can't be used for today or nothing will improve. The water that sits overnight in school and contains lead can be due to certain pipes in schools which is why one drinking fountain can test negative for lead and the other positive.
