They spoke at the 2013 Tucson Festival of Books, which took place on the campus of the University of Arizona on March 9-10, 2013.

President Obama delivered his weekly address and talked about the education plan for elementary and secondary schools he will submit next week. This plan will replace the No Child Left Behind Law.
