Telephone lines were open for viewer reaction to President Obama’s announcement that the U.S. would normalize relations with Cuba following that country’s release from prison of Agency for International Development subcontractor Alan Gross. The policy change includes opening an embassy in Havana and opening trade with and travel to Cuba. Alan Gomez spoke by phone from Miami about President Obama’s announcement, including reaction from the Cuban population in Florida. close
