After several quorum calls and Morning Business, this Senate session continued work on the Fair Credit Reporting Act which attempts to modernize credit reporting. It allows consumers to receive free credit reports every two years and requires banks and other institutions that supply information to credit bureaus to correct any errors in credit reports. close
