Former astronauts talked about their experiences on the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions. They discussed the training they underwent to prepare for the stresses of space flight, working with Wernher von Braun, and the competition with the Soviet Union. Pictures and footage of the first space flights were shown. Following the discussion panelists answered previously selected questions.
