Dr. Norman Coleman talked about U.S. preparedness for a radioactive-based terror attack or incident. and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Since 2004, he has been working along with others at Health and Human Services to develop a blueprint to help emergency responders react to radiation based fallout. Earlier this year, he headed to Japan to assist in public health concerns in the fallout from the Fukushima nuclear power plants. close
