Federal Reserve Chair Ben Bernanke held his third news conference. He said the central bank would not take any new actions to stimulate the economy, and further it must be “free from political pressures” to make decision. He also stated he understands the midset of the Occupy Wall Street protestors around the nation, remarking “Unemployment is far too high, and we now have a more unequal society than we’ve had in the past.” close
