Chris Calabrese talked about the practice of cell phone providers allowing law enforcement officials access to location information gained by a phone’s GPS (global positioning system). A recent American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) report found that many police departments use cell phone tracking information, yet only a small number consistently obtain a warrant and demonstrate probable cause. Mr. Calabrese also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. close
