Telephone lines were open for viewer comments on congressional consideration of National Security Agency (NSA) reform.

Rob Margetta, speaking by phone, previewed the Senate Select Intelligence Committee hearing on legislation to overhaul the nation’s surveillance programs. The proposed reforms include greater restrictions on the power of the government to obtain Americans' records in bulk, and redefining the role of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court’s power. close
