Senator Reid on Supreme Court Justice Nomination

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) spoke about replacing Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. He said the Senate had never delayed a Supreme Court nomination during an election year and that the Senate had plenty of time to consider and vote.
