In this part of the debate, the students discussed cuts to the U.K.'s National Health Service, with a focus on mental health services. House of Commons Speaker John Bercow presided over the session. The debate was preceded by opening speeches by members of Parliament, a letter from Prime Minister Theresa May, and a moment of silence for Armistice Day.
