Judge Douglas Ginsburg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit discussed the history and evolution of the U.S. Supreme Court. He explained how justices decided several landmark cases and explored the debate over orginalism, a legal philosophy that the U.S. Constitution should be interpreted based on the intent of the Founders. The lecture was part of a series hosted by the Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach, Florida. close
