Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) discussed democracy in the Western Hemisphere at an event hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Mark Green, the USAID administrator, also took part in the conversation. Representative Ros-Lehtinen, who was retiring in January 2019, was honored for her service in the foreign affairs space at the end of this first part of the event. close
