Mexican Ambassador to the U.S. Martha Barcena talked about her nation’s strategy with the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement, the impact of U.S. tariffs, and her government’s efforts to change labor laws. Joining her was Guillermo Malpica Soto, the Mexican Embassy’s head of NAFTA Trade Office. The two officials spoke as part of a day-long Canadian American Business Council event on the trade agreement. close
