The House debated a bill to restore net neutrality rules that require internet service providers to offer equal access to all web content. The legislation came less than two years after the Federal Communications Commission under the leadership of Chair Ajit Pai voted to repeal the internet rules established during the preceding Obama administration. Lawmakers also passed a measure that aims to modernize and improve the IRS ahead of tax day on April 15. close
