Panelists -- including one of Justice O’Connor’s first law clerks and Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden -- reflected on her legacy and historical impact. This was part of an all-day conference commemorating the 38th anniversary of Justice O’Connor’s Senate confirmation and was hosted by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute. close
