The Institute for Corean-American Studies (ICAS) held a discussion with former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper on the Korean Peninsula and U.S. national security. He addressed several topics, including reunification of the Korean Peninsula and nuclear capability in the region. Mr. Clapper argued the policy of denuclearization has not worked and called for broadened communication and modest diplomatic presence. close
