Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s impeachment trial continued for a third day. In this portion, House Impeachment Prosecutor Rusty Hardin and defense team attorney Andrew Osso continued their questioning of Ryan Bangert, former deputy assistant attorney general under Mr. Paxton.

Mr. Paxton was impeached in May 2023 in the state’s House of Representatives over accusations of misconduct, including bribery and obstruction of justice. close
