Speaking on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers meeting in Delhi, India, Secretary of State Antony Blinken warns China that providing lethal military aid to Russia or helping them evade sanctions would be a "serous problem for U.S.-China relations. He says he conveyed U.S. concerns to his Chinese counterpart at the Munich Security Summit and warned that there would be consequences for China if they help Russia. Without offering specifics on actions the U.S. would take, Secretary Blinken cited sanctions authorities as one option. He also says U.S. concerns are shared by its allies and partners. close
