Garry Wills talked about his book Henry Adams and the Making of America, published by Houghton Mifflin. He discussed Henry Adams ambitions to write a great work of history rather than follow the political footsteps of his family. Mr. Wills, Professor Emeritus of History at Northwestern University, spoke about the works of the 19th century author, including The Education of Henry Adams. Following his remarks, Mr. Wills responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. close
