Jessica Herrera-Flanigan talked about cyber security bills the House was to vote on later in the week, and she responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. One of the pieces of legislation was the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, HR 3523, which would provide for the sharing of certain cyber threat intelligence and cyber threat information between the intelligence community and cybersecurity entities, Other topics included the definition of “cyber security,” and the history of cyber security legislation.
